Camille leads the Innovation for iMprovement in PArkinson's Care and Trials (IMPACT) Lab, with a focus on disease modifying therapy (DMT) trials, particularly in relation to inclusive design and delivery, as well as harnessing the potential of technological innovations to transform the trials landscape and Parkinson’s care.
Professor Camille Carroll is a Professor of Clinical Neuroscience and Honorary Consultant Neurologist. Her research is focused on disease modification trials in Parkinson’s and the use of digital health technologies for measurement, monitoring, and personalised care provision through digitally-enabled clinical decision support. She is co-chief investigator of the Edmond J Safra ACT-PD multi-arm, multi-stage platform trial for disease modifying interventions in Parkinson’s and is leading the development of a UK web-based Parkinson’s research registry.
